When a band uses their tour as the backdrop to a music video, we usually see endless partying, exotic travels, and massive amounts of fun, making us all extremely jealous. Future Islands take us to the other side, as they showcase the monotony of tour life with a slow moving black-and-white visual for their track “Grease”. Sure their are still great nights on stage with awesome fans, but reality sets in when we see the band travelling from show to show in their 15-passenger van. Have a watch above.
