I do realize it’s not even November yet, but that didn’t stop The Shins from recording a cover of Paul McCartney’s 1979 tune “Wonderful Christmastime” and releasing it to the masses. The cut is part of a compilation album, which features a whole slew of big time artists (see above). Have a listen to “Wonderful Christmastime”, and get in the holiday spirit 2-months early.
